From niche APIs to different dosage forms through different patent laws and regulatory requirements, maximizing productivity and minimizing delivery times is our one-point agenda. This results-oriented approach includes optimum staffing, critical analysis of dependencies, proactive regulatory compliance policies, and strategies for risk mitigation. Our client-based approach involves a resolute commitment to understanding and sharing their development goals. We focus our energy and resources on meeting those goals, all while providing exceptional service.
It is about the 6C’s
- Concept : A High level ideas about the project which is given at the time of project proposal in form of a well defined “Project Scope”
- Clarity : The special requirements elicitation, and analysis. Defining the requirements and then documenting them or implementing them into a system that can track changes and act as a control point. This is taken care in our Project Execution plan, which is the system used to draw a road map of the Project execution. Also all the clients are updated with each of their project’s development by regular Project status updates - a System to track and communicate project status to clients.
- Consensus : All the project related decisions are with the mutual agreement and prior approval to make sure the client is responsive about it.
- Commitment : Commitment is delivered by addressing each client’s requirements in the solution design and allocating resources to build the solution as per the Project scope.
- Control : Product development is all about the control process applied to requirements; understanding the impact of changes (and ensuring the developers stay focused on the requirements while building the solution).
- Confirmation : GPR confirms the designs in testing and implementation by well executed Technology Transfer.
