Neil H. Parikh, Ph.D.(Director)
Dr. Parikh is the Director of the company. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Pharmacy. He has extensive experience in US Pharmaceutical Industry both in brand and generic drug sectors. Most recently he was the Vice President of Generic Research and Development at Watson Laboratories, California, USA. He had over 150 product registrations and over 100 product approvals with several first to file opportunities. He is well-versed in identification, development, registration and commercialization of solid oral (immediate release and extended release), transdermals/gels, medicated chewing gums and respiratory drug products.

Suresh Gidwani, Ph.D. (Chief Scientific Officer)
Dr. Gidwani is responsible for Scientific and Regulatory/Quality matters of the company. He is industry veteran with over 30 years of varied industrial experience in the research and development of pharmaceutical dosage forms including solid/liquid orals, sterile preparations, topicals and intranasal preparations for registration for the regulated markets. He has worked with leading pharmaceutical organizations such as Aristo Pharmaceuticals, American Schering, John Wyeth, Wyeth Ayerst, USV Ltd, Lupin Ltd and Indoco Remedies Ltd for over three decades.
Prior to joining GPR, Dr. Gidwani held a position of Senior Vice President of R&D at Indoco Remedies Ltd. He has got substantial expertise in the formulation development/analytical and bioanalytical. He has got 15 patents to his credit and many more in the application stage. He has been also associated in projects involving setting up R & D centers and manufacturing units for regulated markets. Dr. Gidwani holds Ph.D. from BITS-Pilani.

Vishal Sonawane (Head, Finance & HR/Admin)
Mr. Sonawane is responsible for Finance for GPR Pvt Ltd and GPR US LLC entities as well as HR/Admin for GPR Pvt Ltd. He is a qualified accountant with MBA degree with specialization in Finance. He is also Master of Commerce from Mumbai University. Mr. Vishal has 12 years of professional experience in large multinational and domestic companies, both in local and overseas environments . His experience in spans over companies engaged in audit and consulting, manufacturing, trading, Pharmaceuticals and ITES. . He has worked with leading organizations like ABB Ltd, NB India, MSS India .

Neeraj Kumar (Assist Director, Business Development – EU & RoW)
Neeraj is spearheading GPR business development initiatives & operations primarily for the EU, AU, NZ including Japan and other potential markets. He is a management graduate in International Business & Marketing from Amity Business School, Noida. Having 8+ experience in business development & licensing in the pharmaceutical industry spending much of his career with leading companies like Emcure Pharmaceuticals & Ajanta Pharma Ltd. He brings in a rich experience in the areas of strategic business development, planning, licensing & operations
